How come no one told me…
My favorite discontinued site of 2007, Uncov, started publishing again a few months ago — and I didn’t even notice. I suppose this is a good thing. The new posts seem wordy and boring compared to the early ones that had startup reviews (Sparepic, Zoomr) with subtitles like:
Don’t Wear A Flickr Sweater If You Don’t Want Losers Pitching You Partnerships
or
Oh Lord Who Put Half A Chicken Breast Down There?
But I’m sure I’ll keep reading — and not only because it is a better use of my time than reading Defamer (I have never heard of any of the current celebrities anyway. Seriously, who watches “Real Housewives?”). But I’ll skip the “Peanut Gallery” — basically the posts that aren’t written by the wiseass hypocrit that started the site. I mean, this isn’t the Huffington Post. It is a stupid sarcastic site that uses photos of armless babies and naked fat people to get laughs. I don’t care what its “citizen journalists” have to say.
Anyway, I was happy to see it back.
